Diane IACIU

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Diane Iaciu studied in England and France and graduated from King's College London (LLB in English Law and French Law, 2016), Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (double Master's in French-English Law, 2018) and Université Paris-Est Créteil (Master’s in White Collar Crime, 2019).

During her professional training, she interned at Vey & Associés, BG2V, and Navacelle. She also worked as a parliamentary assistant at the French National Assembly.

After her first experience with Frety Avocats, Diane IACIU joined Céline LASEK in March 2024 before accompanying her in the creation of GOSSET LASEK ESCLATINE in January 2025.

She specializes in general criminal law, white collar crime and press criminal law.

She is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers).

Diane IACIU works fluently in both French and English.
